The aim is not drawn in the main chart as a picture but the values are rounded oksilator just hitting 100 80 50 20 and 0, so it does not produce the results chart messy.,

Since it seems that the intention of that indicator was to produce DSS (double smoothed stochastic), take a look at this thread : https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/177564. A lot of correctly coded versions there and almost sure you can find what you are looking for there

That indicator is not made to alert when t3 smoothed wpr (that is that line) crosses 0 but when both cross their corresponding levels. If you set the levels to 0, it will alerts you that way
