Настолько радикальные, как в прошлом отчете - нет, обычно плюс-минус несколько процентов, но для XNGUSD прошлой ночью засек изменение в 3 раза!

Сталкивался с начислением огромных свопов. Компенсировали, когда сообщал. После этого не замечал (невооруженным взглядом). Так что Ваш мониторинг - нужная вещь.
