Hello, since you have purchased Forex Gold Investor from MQL5 market you don't need an access to the member area on the official website. This is only for the users who purchase from the official website. You say that the EA doesn't trade. I believe there is a problem. Please send me a full screenshot of your MT4 terminal and make sure the EA yellow info panel is visible. Then i will check and help you to use the EA successfully. You should not worry at all.

The values of the protections can be edited in the EA inputs and also in the new Protection panel shown on the chart.
The default values (0.00) mean that the respective protection is not active.
Some traders need such protections in “Prop Firm” challenges.
We will refrain from recommending specific values. However Max daily drawdown %=4-6 shows reasonable results decreasing the drawdown and increasing the Recovery Factor in the last several months.
