Gösterge duvarı, çizgiye fiyat dokunmuşsa çizgilerin çizilme şeklini değiştirir. Bu çok yardımcı olabilir ve hatların desteğinin veya direncinin gücü dokunulduğunda önemli ölçüde azalır.
