They do not sell you a product and forget you. Great customer service. Next, the product works flawlessly. Wonderful product to use. Also they continue to update and improve Trade Manager. Maybe the best software product and service I have ever purchased and I have been buying and using computers and software since APPLE 2 was released. You absolutely cannot go wrong buying, Trade Manager.
