EA that close trade based on the content of the comment

I need EA that I will open and close trades using the close criteria and the comment criteria. In other to test this I will like to use two criteria with different comment content.

Note this is 

Strategy One

• RSI period 14
• Upper level  70
• Lower Level 30

• Open BUY  when RSI is below 30.
• Comment:  “PT123”
• Exit BUY when RSI is above 70 and comment is “PT123”.

• Open SELL   when RSI is above 70.
• Comment:  “PT123”
• Exit SELL when RSI is below 30. and comment is “PT123”.

Strategy Two

MACD 12,26,9

• Open BUY  when signal (red) line cross MACD line(blue) and bellow 0 line .
• Comment:  “DT123”
• Exit BUY when signal (red) line cross MACD line(blue) and above 0 line and comment is “DT123”.

• Open SELL   when signal (red) line cross MACD line(blue) and above 0 line.
• Comment:  “DT123”
• Exit SELL when signal (red) line cross MACD line(blue) and bellow 0 line and comment is “DT123”.

Display on the Right top :

• Total P/L
• Number of open trades.
• Total account balance

Option:

To automated opening or not to. Auto option to be used for back testing. 

Please note that the main purpose of this EA is to use it to manage manual trades so magic number is not that important but the comment because trades will only be closed if they match the indicator criteria of and comment.
