Hedge EA with Martingale

The purpose of this EA is to earn with commission from spread as IB. 

Running in EURUSD Spread is 10 points

EA will open buy 0.01

When the trade reaches 20 points in profit, it will hedge and lock the position with a sell of 0.01. Market needs to run 20 points so it covers at least the spread of the open trades. 

If the trade goes negative 10 or 15 points, it will open sell of 0.02 and after 20 points it will lock with another buy of 0.01 and so on. 

So market can move to any direction and the trades will be locked into a hedge position without affecting the current account balance. Market needs to run at least 60 points or 6 pips according to the broker rules for me to earn the commissions so that’s why we hedge the position to allow the market to run and EA shall close all trades when the last open position is over 70 points or so. 

After getting out of the martingale the EA will repeat the same process over and over again always restarting with 0.01.I would like the EA to have all the options open so I can configure the settings to my own likings and it would be good to have on the screen information about how many lots is has opened so far in buy and sell positions. And for protection of the accounts fund I would like an option where after X amounts of martingales opening if the specified target is not reached it will run hedge with 10 points instead of 20 so we can safely exit the current trades after the market runs 60 points and then we start again with 0.01. Backtest or optimization would be good if possible.
