I need an EA to watch my open Positions and Manage them to my Rules!

Hello together,

i am looking here for a mql4 Coder who can code an basic EA to watch my open Positions and Manage them to my Rules!

I want to place this EA on an additional Chart (parralell to other EAs) to watch all open Positions in this MT4 Account!

Here are the Rules:

Rule 1:

if any open position is in loss (extern double in points or pips) lets say for example - 10 Pips

open a position in the opposite direction with the same lot size! (Hedge!)

Remark: This new open position (ticket) needs to be safed and connected (paired) to the open position which is in loss, to find this hedged position  at a later stage.

Rule 2:

If the EA found a open position in Loss (rules see above) save the ticket number and watch this open position!

If the loss of this ticket goes down lets say for example to - 9 Pips (extern double in points or pips)!

Then close the connected Hedged Position again!

Rule 3:

Manual Close of each individual connected tickets (positions) pairs!

Manual Close all of the connected tickets (positions) pairs!

Rule 4:

Close of the connected tickets (position) pairs after Time (extern in days, hours, minutes)

Rule 5:

The EA would need a Magic Number

Optional:

It would be nice to see (or maybe mark) somehow the connected pairs! Any Ideas? Maybe it is possible to color the background, inside the terminal, to the same color of each pair!?

Or put them visualy at the chart of this EA!?

Thats all!

Remarks:

A) It could be easy possible to have 50 or 100 hedged pairs open!!

B) Of course i would need the mql4 source code!!

C) To measure the loss of the open positions (which are in loss) we could use the close of a 1M Candle, to prevent an ongoing open and close of the hedged position, if the price is wobbeling in this area! Or any other Idea? Or maybe as an extern var?

D) Please dont use the Hedged Positions in Rule 1 (Not from the same Magic Number)!

I hope i can find someone to code this "little EA" for me.
