I need to extract data from this Indicator call GMTS-TAPE

Basically this is what happen. this indicator draw a Histogram, which show 3 color state - Blue, Red & Grey.

Blue is the "Bullish State"

Red is the "Bearish State"

Grey is the "No action state"

I want to able to get the value so I can use it in my EA coding

I need this value to be at least display in Alert("Current Tape is color " + color) on a new mq4 file . I am running it on mt4
