Create EMA cross over bot

I need the code for this as I have been writing most of it anyways and would like to learn where I went wrong. So if you Dont want to write and share the code then this ones not for you. I need a bot that can open a position in one direction. So 1 sell and 1 buy can only be opened at any given time. No more. Then the EMA I will provide. A check must be made on the broker to see what the minimum SL can be set. Set the minimum SL and set the TP to 50pips. The SL must be trailing SL to the max allowed. The bot must check what the total equity is and open 0.08 lots of every $100. I can't seem to figure out how to explain this but it must be 8% of your equity. So if your equity is $50 it must only open 0.04 lots per trade. So therefor even if you open a Sell and buy at the same time for a $50 it can both open 0.04. If you interested.
