Full automatic Expert Advisor for a mean renko bars offline chart

I'm looking for a developer, who can develop me a full automatic Expert Advisor for trading on a mean renko bars offline chart. Here is a rough summary of my requirements:

- The "Mean Renko Bars" offline chart will be generated by the "Mean Renko Bars" indicator from OVO (the link to the indicator is: https://ovo.cz/products/offline-charts-for-mt4/mean-renko-bars) and the Expert Advisor must be fully compatible with it.

- There are two other indicators which must be considered for the five different entries. One of them is a trend indicator and the other one is a subwindow indicator which shows some of the five entries.

- The Expert Advisor must have a riskmanagement, news filter, SL/TP, breakeven, profit trailing, partial closes, close order on opposite mean renko bar color.

This is a rough summary of my requirements. For candidates I will send more detailed requirements!
