Password Protecting an EA and fixing 3 small errors

I have an existing EA with 3 relativley easy errors to fix (imo).

1;39;;;Function "NewBar" is not referenced and will be removed from exp-file

1;39;;;Function "CloseOrdersByType" is not referenced and will be removed from exp-file

1;39;;;Function "CloseOrderOnMaTargetHit" is not referenced and will be removed from exp-file


I also want to set a password for my EA which is a global password that is managed online.

That means if I update the password ALL users running the EA must update their set file settings so not on a machine by machine basis.

I don't know if this is possible but I think so.  

Looking for this job to get done relatively quickly probably for the 15 mark (AUD is weak right now).

Also finally I want the EA to be protected, don't want clients being able to access the code. 

At the moment this is just an individual project which I'm trying to pitch to brokers so no I don't have lots of credits to play with.
