Build 2 EA from an Existing indicator.

I have an indicator I wish to use and create two separate EA.
The indicators pops up an arrow for a buy and sell.

I want the EA to pick trades specifically and only when the BUY and SELL arrow appears. 

First EA will close trade by TP or SL

Second EA will close trade by next arrow (first) or by TP or SL (which ever condition that is first met)

Very simple and easy Job. Experience programmer needed with quality and objective oriented. 

Specifications

1. The EA will come with a license locked with account number and expiring date.

2. It should not trade during News. Power of news should also be set and adjustable from the EA.

3. Lot size should be adjustable. 

4. Time of the day not to trade and time to trade should be included and adjustable.

5. The input settings of the EA should be invisible.

6. Contact email will be attached and seen on the right bottom of chart.

8. EA attached to an unlicensed account should display an error massage on the left top corner of the chart. 

9. TP and SL should be adjustable

10. The economic news data should not be displayed on the chart. 

11. EA should trade on TF opened on the chart the particular chart it was attached. 

12. EA should close order when TP or SL is met.
