Need an expert programmer to create Martingale & Grid based EA

I am looking for an experienced programmer (expert in MQL4) who can code my martingale and grid based strategy. 

My total budget is 300$ but I will pay 50$ in advance for ex4 file which should work in MT4 Strategy Tester only as per requirement. Once I will see my strategy is exactly working on tester (even successful or failed) as per set rules, I will pay remaining 250$ and then will ask for the code file. If you are interested in this then contact me. I will send you details. 

My another issue is time. I want this EA to be completed in 5 to 7 days maximum. Thanks

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells

I installed the E.A. into the Experts folder in MT4. When I double click on it nothing happens. When I right click and "attach to chart" nothing happens. The E.A. is not grayed out, it simply will not attach. Any help would be greatly Appreciated
