I am looking for an encoder capable of encoding on Mt5.

The indicator I want to code will use:

Comparisons between several price levels

As well as hourly data.

Audible, visual, and warning alerts.

Historical

This indicator will have to work on 20 windows simultaneously without slowing down the operation of the computer.
