WHICH CODE AND STRATEGY CAN MY EA USE TO DISTINGUISH A FLASH CRASH FAST

hello i am a professional fx trader .

now i am writing a strategy that want to convert it to an EA.
but there is a big problem here.
i want it to distinguish probable flash crashes in the future when they occur.
and when they occur it will do appropriate things .
but the problem is which strategy will work better than others to distinguish flash crash
in a few seconds of its start that can be crucial to save my trading account.
i think methods that big fx brokerages like alpari, fxcm, fxpro etc...are using to protect themselves .
that they previously have used to get rid of flash crashes like chf pairs crash without going to bankruptcy
are useful but unfortunately  they don't provide their algorithms to us.

do you have any idea that can wake EA up through volatility changing on  each  second  or on each millisecond (that mt4 supports it)
before its too late?
