Simple Price and Volume Expert

I want a simple price & volume action expert. i will give further details after selecting, but this are just some minimum requirements:   

it will be called: EBENEZER

1.       Volume must be above xxx (eg: 500) option;

2.       Candle remains bearish or remains bullish;

3.       1 min or 15 min time frame;

4.       Must have start and stop button;

5.       Must have money management system: a xx% of the capital;

6.       There will only be one transaction taking place at all times. This means that the robot will only start next transaction after the previous one has finished either by take profit, stop loss or trailing stop.
