Create an indicator : non-repainting zigzag

We are looking for a developper to create a non-repainting zigzag indicator 


we do not have any strategy, the strategy will have to be created by the programmer from scratch


the goal is to have 100% of winning trades and to match the hi-lo reversals perfectly and with a low drawdown (like a zig zag does but without repainting)

once a reversal is drawn it is not erased nor redrawn (no flickering either)

arrows/reversals have to be drawn on the [0] bar

only one direction per arrow is required (no "up" arrows consecutively)


external indicators can be used if the code is also provided

Upon payment, the code(s) will be released to me. Code is my property.


be aware of the difficulty of such a task : the completion of the algorithm can be quite tricky as the goal is to predict turns in price before they happen and without errors or repainting
