I need an Expert Advisor created using 2 Moving Averages.

The following are the parameters that I need included:

1) Period

2) Shift

3) Method, ( simple, exponential, etc.)

4) Apply to, ( open, close of candle)

5) Time Frame, to choose the time of the day when the EA will take trades.

Opens 1 trade at a time. When moving average lines cross, it closes one position and opens another in the reverse direction. Opens a trade on the close of the following candle.
