Risk management expert

Expert functions:

1. hedge orders on saved rate (for example 7%, if draw down is more than 7% expert must hedge all orders)

2. second level  safety, if after hedging trader closes one side, but lose is rising again, expert must close all orders in saved rate, for example 15%, 

so we have 2 variables, 1 for hedging and 2 for closing, of course it must be changed from settigns

3. design, design must be the similar an on the picture, maybe not 100%, but similar, color must be the same 

4. I need buttons to switch on or of this functions

5. on the panel must be listed all current orders, and it will be grate if I could close orders from this panel, but it is nu crucial
