I have a fully functional binary options EA which works great. It's a multi-currency EA (scans other charts so I only run it on 1 chart) and has newsfilter, backtesting posibility etc. I want the following additions; 


1) The previous coder has forgotten to include "speeches" in the news filter section. I want you to include that option so i can filter out trading during speeches if i want to. EA uses this as source http://ec.forexprostools.com. https://gyazo.com/74a996867caf129c2fb14a289f12dac0

2) I want you to update EA so that I can actually filter news even in strategy tester. YES, you read it right. News filter on history data. It is possible I have seen it before. THE EA I have seen make this type of functionality used this as source: https://sslecal2.forexprostools.com

3) EA should stop trading if x-Amount of $$$$ is profited for the day / ALSO x-Amount of $$$$ is lost for the day. (2 variables)
