Mystery-solving job for my Expert Advisor!

I have coded a very successful Expert Advisor for MT4 in MQ4 language. However, while the programme itself works as programmed to do, it also does the following things;

• My code is set up to send an email (we call them Trade Notification Emails, or TNE's) whenever a trade is executed, and a second email when that trade is closed. The information in the email shows the entry and exit prices, any costs associated with the position (spread costs, swaps charges etc), as well as the profit or loss generated from the trading position. 

While my code does this flawlessly, it also sends a previous version of the standard TNE layout. Over time, naturally, I have updated the text and information in the body of the email to reflect the changing needs of my traders. However, I'm still receiving two or three emails to my inbox whenever a trade is executed: one of the current version of the TNE and a few of the previous versions (which are now, of course, obsolete).

Basically, its like viewing the latest version of a website, but your internet browser is also showing you a pervious version of that website - its pointless. I need a fresh pair of eyes to see what's happening and how this can be solved.

• My second issue is my breakeven code. Previously this has worked when my positions have closed with a zero profit - which is what its meant to do. Now, this piece of code is setting the breakeven price adversely to the position of the trade by a few points (a few points below the open price for a long position and a few points above the open price for a short position). This, as you can appreciate, are costs which can easily be avoided.
