I need an Expert Advisor Builder (generator)

I need an expert to develop an expert adviser build software (or web based application)  that is user friendly and  should allow me to simply enter my multiple FX strategies  for coding then trading on Meta 4.

I provide the general job specifications as follows:

* The software should include the following variables/ indicators:

- Currency pairs.

- 20 day high, 20 day low, 40 day high, 40 day low, 60 day high, 60 day low

- MAC indicator

- 10 MA, 20 MA

- Previous day High, previous day low.

* The software should have the time and day feature to allow position entry at specific predefined market time or day, like at market day open.

* The software should have the capability to allow me to include instruction in the strategy to close any open positions that have not hit stop loss or take profit target automatically on a predefined day. For example, if  the target not hit in 10, 20, 30 days..etc, the position should be closed automatically. Also, if no profit or loss target is predefined, the system should have the capability to enter predefined time and date to close the position.

* The end product simply should allow me to enter my strategy in very simple and straight forward format. For example; BUY if (20MA-10MA) >= 40 day low, Close open position after 20 days if take profit target not hit.
