Modify Ilan1_4 to only enter trades in a particular price range based on weekly ATR

I use Ilan1_4 to trade on the minute charts. Often times, toward the end of the week, when the price is near the highest or lowest point of that week Ilan1_4 enters trades and the market reverses in the opposite direction of the trade resulting in high draw down on equity. I figured, there might be a way to implement an ATR running on the weekly time frame of, say the past 21 weeks. then I want Ilan1_4 to only enter it's  trades in the median price range of the ATR +/- 25%. I don't know if I am making sense here... I guess, if the ATR is 100 then I want Ilan1_4 to only open trades above 25 and below 75 (the median price of the present ATR). Aside from that, I want Ilan1_4 to trade the same as it always has. I assume that if Ilan1_4 is set to only take trades in the median range it will effect the grid pattern that Ilan1_4 uses for martingale. If its possible to set Ilan1_4 to trade freely only if the equity of the account is in a negative state, that would be awesome. Okay, just to clarify, take no trades unless price is in the median price range or if the account equity is in a negative state. I hope I am making sense and not leaving out something important. Any help with this would be much appreciated, thanks.
