I need an EA that is trading two or more different brokers against each other. 

The EA takes advantage of network or price inefficiencies or delays between two brokers. In case of a gap the EA sends a short order to capture some few (1-3) pips per trade.

Therefore the EA shares the last price quote and timestamp between 2 platforms and places the order at the slow broker by knowing the next price in advance and closes the order at the moment when the price is not moving into our direction.

One Broker (MetaTrader-Account) should work as the master (it should be a fast broker) and the second account (slow broker) is the one where the orders are placed.

I need an experience coder to develop this MT5 Arbitrage EA. If you prefer you can also set on MT4. 

Variables such as TimeFilters (when the EA should trade, when it should be on hold), Spread, Commission, etc. must be definable via Parameter.

The project is finished as soon as the EA is working profitable. You may recommend the two brokers if you want to.
