Moving Average / Stochastics / Bollinger Bands EA for MT4

Hello,

I am looking for a programmer to create an EA for me that will use Moving Averages, Stochastics and Bollinger Bands to enter and exit trades.  Most of the customization will be with the external variables (user inputs) as I want to have flexibility in changing settings for the Moving Averages, Stochastics, Bollinger Bands, etc.  Also, the EA will need to be able to use different time frames to enter and exit trades.  This will also be an external variable.  For example, open when criteria is met on 5 minute chart and exit when criteria for a loss is met on 5 minute chart, but exit when criteria is met for a profit on 10 minute chart.  I can explain in more detail in the "Requirement Specifications."

I need a programmer who can neatly code this EA for me and provide thorough commenting throughout the body of the code.  The programmer will provide the source code file along with the compiled EA in MQL4.
