Creating a new EA from a Trading strategy

I am looking to create an EA to use in MT4 platform based on a Treading strategy using 3 Moving Averages and Slow Stoch.

Along with the following parameters in the EA:

1. Custom Lot size/money management "max risk %"
2. Allow to trade on different pairs charts/time chars
3. Auto detect 4/5 digits and support different kind of brokers.
4. Trade Week Day Filter, only trade on specific days or not. e. if it is allowed to trade Mon, or Fri or not
5. Trade Time Filter, trade on a specific time period. (
6. Normal TakeProfit/StopLoss with ECNBroker support or fixed broker support and a Stealth Mode feature to hide TP/SL from the broker.
7. Trail Stop feature in points for SL and TP with Stealth Mode to move the SL or the TP for the opened trades.
8. Error Recovery to protect from errors like context busy, price re-quotes.
9. To decide about the slippage max allowed number of points.
10. I can decide about the time trades/orders stay opened. And to be able to close the open trades any time.
11. Have a magic number to be able to run it on different pairs at the same time

I would love to have the strategy as a Custom indicator that I can attach to the chart to give Arows signals (Green or Red) to inter Short or Long , or to use if I want to manage opening trades manually.
