DLL that Controls license and expiry date of an MT4 EA by reading from MySQL database.

Hi

I am looking for someone to make me a DLL that will performs the following 2 functions.

1: Authenticate the MT4 Account number which my EA is executed on and immediately terminates the function of the EA if the account number was

not found among the list of account numbers in MySQL database.

2: Controls the expiry date of the EA by assigning 30 days of expiry to  each account number (which auto renews anytime a clients renews their subscription).

Apply only if you clearly understand my requirements as it is written above and your recommendation is also appreciated.
