JQuery web based chart plugin

Hello developers.

I need a help in building plugin using this library: http://www.jqplot.com/examples/customHighlighterCursorTrendline.php

The extension that i need must include

- parsing mt4 template (just graphical objects - no indicators: line, rectangle, arrow, fibonacii) and drawing objects on web chart

- real time data update (just selecting new data from mysql database , downloading and showin on chart - i think this library already supports this)

- crosschair control

- zoom in and out

Please bid if you did similar projects before, and you can present working sample of your work.
