Needs help to build one EA using one indicator

Hi:

I needs some one to help me to build one EA which includes one indicator "Envelopes", the idea is pretty easy when using such indicators there will be two lines on the chart, when the close price is above the first line open long position and when the price get down into the first line close the position, when the close price is under the second line open short position and when the price get into the second line close the position, in order to make it more useable, I also adds some conditions to control the signal to close position on time. The more details will be discussed with the applicant, and chinese developer is much better, since I am chinese and communication is easy.
