Hedging EA with order management

I'm searching for a good developer, who is able to develop a good Expert Advisor for me which will trade my strategy. I'm trading this strategy since months, but unfortunately it's very time intensive and it needs a lot of care (only TP or SL is by far not enough) and when you are trading on a symbol which can be traded day and night, I won't be able to sleep anymore. That's why an EA would be the best solution here! ;)

My strategy does not need any kind of indicators. It's all about opening, managing and closing positions at the right time. A big component of my strategy is a special kind of Hedging. By "managing positions" I mean: The EA must be able to open (for example open a buy position every 100 pips) and close (for example when +40 pips are reached) orders itself. !!! It's not allowed to use a normal TP or SL or any kind of pending orders, to avoid losses due to gaps (overnight gaps / weekend gaps / ... ) !!! But I want to be still able to manually manage my trades, just in case I think it's better to close it now or whatever. This EA should work on indizes (like DAX30 or DowJones (WS30)), in forex and in commodities (BRENT, WTI).

I'm flexible in terms of price and time, important is that the EA will work like expected and will be well developed.
At the end the source codes needs to be send to me!
