Very Special Neural Network EA, read carefully

 General conditions: These apply to both options.

1. My maximum budget is $100; if you read this and still want more money please DO NOT BID I DON'T HAVE MORE MONEY, and the EA will not be easy. You can place any bid under that. The final result will be an EA that makes a permanent profit and never a margin call (please look at my signals) and is NOT a scalper nor Martingale. YOU ARE FREE TO TRADE WITH IT in your own account, but you must agree NOT to sell it anywhere. THE EA WILL PRODUCE PROFITS DURING YOUR LIFETIME AND NEVER HAVE A MARGIN CALL, no need to sell it which would cause undesired slippage.
2.  The EA only opens and closes trades at NEW CANDLE (BAR) OPEN and will use NEURAL NETWORKS. You must be familiar with both candle open and neural networks.
3. You must have good English, sorry but we have to clearly understand each other. 
4. The EA will NOT be simple, please look at my signals if you need motivation and think $100 is too little for this project.
5. Option #1 will be very hard to do, almost impossible. Option #2 will be easier but require much more time and trial and error. The EA will need many corrections before it can go live.
6. The project is OPEN SOURCE ONLY FOR YOU AND ME. You will give me the code at each stage of development (of the incomplete EA during trial and error phase, and the final EA). We mutually agree NOT to sell the EA, but I must have the code too. I also agree to share with you any future improvements made after the EA is complete and trading live.
 
Option #1: The hard but fast way. I will send you a large list of trades in HTML or Excel (You choose). You will make an EA that can have that file imported (or another program, not an EA, that can), and using the imported data, you will make a neural network EA that can read and learn from those trades, and trade live exactly the same way. After the EA is complete, I will compare it with my own trades, and they must be 95% the same (95% the same in trades, drawdown, profit, etc). If this is accomplished, the EA was successful and is complete. I will not provide a detailed algorythm, only the list of trades. I will only provide the list of parameters for capital management and other security measures.
 
Option #2: The slow but easier way, it may take several weeks. If you can't do option #1, I will give you a detailed algorythm, rules for opening and closing of trades. Then you send the EA and the code, I test it, and send you a list of changes to the algorythm and we will repeat this process until the EA is successful and complete. It may takes weeks or months, but please check my live signals to get motivation and believe that we will be successful.
