High high/ lower low indicator with sound alerts based on zigzag

Hi guys,  Im after an indicator that triggers custom sounds located in the mt4 sounds folder when we have high high or lower low, with the ability to set the number of higher high before sound triggers using zigzag indicator.

must know the rules for the following, but can explain for competent programmer     

trend change (high high/lower lows ect)

head and soulders

double triple top/bottom 

triangle 

 also interested in hearing from people familiar with market phases rule that they can program
