MT4 Script

Easy Draw is a drawing aid palette that sits on the chart. The palette can be moved around the chart (like Sangmane’s Easy Order). The tool makes selecting object parameters quick and easy.

It works in two ways:

1. A rectangle, horizontal line, or trendline is drawn on the chart. Then while that object is selected, (for example a rectangle) click the rectangle button you want the properties of the rectangle to change too. (If a rectangle was selected and you click on a trendline button, nothing would happen).

2. Click on a button so it is selected. (in this example a rectangle again). Then all newly drawn rectangles will be drawn with those parameters.

Notes:

It only works with rectangles, horizontal lines or trendlines.

I will modify the code to add or change object parameters. I am not a programmer. Please write explanations in the code so I can see where I can make the changes.

Keep the design of the palette very simple and clean - no need for fancy edges. Stick to my design as much as possible.

I want to have an image on the button (not text) that describes the object, like below. I can create these images in Adobe photoshop, or just screen grabs of the chart. Let me know if you want me to supply these during your development of the code. In the code explain how I can link new images if I change or add a new object.

Objects to appear ‘On the TF it is drawn and below’ can be modified afterwards. The ‘On the TF it is drawn and below’ instruction only applies when they are first drawn.

I give permission for the programmer to modify and sell the script in the market as thier own (but I want free updates ;-).
