EA required using MA and heiken ashi

 I need an EA to trade the DAX30.

My system uses 1 hour bar chart with OHLC, a heiken ashi indicator and a 50 period simple MA.

When a bar closes above the MA and the Heiken ashi is WHITE then BUY on the bar close. Look to EXIT position
when bar closes and is RED or at the close of the penultimate end of day bar.(21pm bar I think)

When bar closes below the MA and is red then SELL on the bar close. Look to exit position when bar closes and
is white or at the close of the 21pm bar.

Also, I the system should enter a position when 2 adjacent bars cut through the MA. So for example if a red
bar dips below the MA but closes above the MA then system should remain flat. If the next bar is red and makes
a lower low (by 2 points) then the previous bar then go SHORT. Similar for going long.

No new positions after close of 17pm bar

I would like to be able to change the end of day time as well.
