Fibonacci pivots indicator with oblique , vertical , horizontal lines

I have indicator based on Fibonacci pivots

I want to add

Fibo pivot have R1 , R2 , R3 , R4 , Pivots , S1 , S2 , S3 , S4 lines 

use these line value and make indicator based on moving average formula

Example :

Day 1     pivot   1234.90

Day 2     pivot   1232.45 

Day 3     pivot   1230.54 

Day 4     pivot   1227.90 

Day 5     pivot   1225.63 

Total of 5 days pivot is   6151.42 / 5 = 1230.28   on the day 6th pivot line is on 1230.28

same goes to all the other lines for R1 , R2 , R3 , R4 , S1 , S2 , S3 , S4 lines 

Total will be 7 lines 

all these lines I want to look like oblique , vertical , horizontal lines  I can choose any one of them to choose and display on chart

there will be 3 lines in moving average
