CCI based EA - just for alerts and SendMessage prompts

THIS EA WILL NOT DO AUTO-TRADING BUT SHOULD BE AWARE OF OPEN TRADES!

Need an EA to give me alerts and messages to my mobile device when a currency pair passes CCI thresholds. Currency pairs it should work on are: AUDUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY.  Currency pair should be chosen off of the current chart.

Here are the trading rules I will need:

• if CCI moves from below -100 to above -100 and no open long positions, then
• if open short positions, then "close short" message, with alert, send message, play WAV
• "open long" message, with alert, send message, play WAV
  
  
• if CCI moves from below +100 to above +100, then 
• if open short positions, then "close short" message, with alert, send message, play WAV
• "open long" message, with alert, send message, play WAV
  
  
• if CCI moves from above +100 to below +100, and no open short positions, then
• if open long positions, then "close long" message with alert, send message, play WAV
• "open short" message, with alert, send message, play WAV
  
  
• if CCI moves from above -100 to below -100, with alert, send message, play WAV
• if open long positions, then "close long" message, with alert, send message, play WAV
• "open short" message, with alert, send message, play WAV

CCI Alert level -/+ (for programmer e.g. 75 or 100, 150, etc.  this will be a numeric value 

Alerts: true/false
SendMessage: true/false
PlayWav: true/false
