Programing a new MT4 EA based on 3 indicators

Friends,

I am looking for someone to build an EA to use with MT4 that is sending signals based on the following indicators:

1) 3 Moving Ave. Slow, Med, and Fast

2) MACD

3) Stochastic

The EA should open a buy and sell orders when the 3 indicators give buy or sell signals at the same time. If all 3 give buy signal, it open a buy trade. If the 3 indicators give a sell signal, it close the buy and open a sell. I would appreciate having a custom indicator to use along with the EA to show the signals to track the trades.

Along with the following parameters in the EA:

1. Custom Lot size/money management "max risk %"
   
2. Allow to trade on different pairs charts/time chars
   
3. Auto detect 4/5 digits and support different kind of brokers.
4. Trade Week Day Filter, only trade on specific days or not. e. if it  is allowed to trade Mon, or Fri or not
   
5. Trade Time Filter, trade on a specific time period
   
6. Normal TakeProfit/StopLoss with ECNBroker support or fixed broker support and a Stealth Mode feature to hide TP/SL from the broker.
7. Trail Stop feature in points for SL and TP with Stealth Mode to move the SL or the TP for the opened trades.
8. Error Recovery to protect from errors like context busy,  price re-quotes.
9. To decide about the slippage max allowed number of points.
10. I can decide about the time trades/orders stay opened. And to be able to close the open trades any time.
11. can decide about the trading days
12. Have a magic number to be able to run it on different pairs at the same time
    

I am open for any suggestion to improve the EA for better performance/results
