EA or Strategy required

Dear All,

I require a signal or an EA to be created similar to this signal here; https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/153543#!tab=history&page=3

Here are my requirements;

- This signal must produce at least 7000 trades per year (the more trades it produces the better).

- The win rate must be at least 65%

- The minimum pips per winning trade must be at least 4 pips (although the more the better, however I know not every trade can meet this requirement due to market conditions so this will be taken into account).

- It must be able to open lot sizes of 0.10 at least and work around a $10,000 account or smaller.  

Ideally a signal provided would be the best option and you can set your price to $500 per month and I will subscribe for the lifetime of the signal, although open to other options.
