Trading robot executes using change in price direction

On first rate increase a buy command occurs. On first rate decrease a sell command occurs. To further explain the intended function:

The buy/sell execution is based on the movement of the price rate. After initiated, price will eventually drop from a given point (A). After the lowest price (B) is reached and direction changes and makes the first move upward (C), this first climb signals a buy command. After the high price (D) is reached and the direction changes making the first move downward (E), the first drop signals a sell command. Buy command is executed at first increase (+) direction change (C) and sell command is executed at first decrease (-) direction change (E). This pattern will repeat until manual stop.

This uses real time price to signal activity.
