Implement two options into existing EA, Stochastic and Moving Average 50 for a different timeframe

Hello,

I need someone to implement two options into existing EA. That is a stochastic and moving average 50 feature to set to either true or false and to operate from for a different timeframe than the ea is currently active and taking trades on.

The EA is set and programmed to sent trades at specific market movements, but in the end result I  need the EA additionally to only take trades when

a) buy when stochastic signal line (blue) on timeframe X is below value Y

sell when stochastic signal line (blue) on timeframe X is above value Z

AND/OR

b) buy when the current candle on timeframe X is above moving average 50, MA method simple

sell when the current candle on timeframe X is below moving average 50, MA method simple

I hope you get what I want. 

The EA runs on M5 and thus it needs to take into considerations movements on the M15 aswell, for example.
