I would like to have you as an experienced programmer to realize my concept!
Provide me and maybe the market a fully automatic EA that works on the basis of the following indicators!

General requirement:
Pipfinite Trend laser shows a little green arrow when the trend starts to go up. When Pipfinite Energy beam is blue at the same time a new buy order should be made. - basic function.
Pipfinite Trend laser shows a little red arrow when the trend starts to go down. When Pipfinite Energy beam is red at the same time a new sell order should be made. - basic function.
Pipfinite Breakout analyzer shows a blue arrow when a breakout is expected up. When Pipfinite Energy beam is blue at the same time a
new buy order should be made. - basic function.

EA should react on trend laser signals and/or breakout analyzer signals. However each signal (one or both) should be able to be turned off.
May be i want to go only for trend laser signals or only for breakout analyzer signals or both.
(i.e. trend laser true/false,
breakout analyzer true/false)
Detailed requirements:
The leading signals should be trend laser (its arrow as signal) and breakout analyzer, at the time point the EA should check the energy beam indicator. If energy beam indicates the same direction at the same point of time then a new trade should be opened. - basic function
The trade is then open and depends on the chart development.
The trade should be opened with an adjustable % of my current cash balance at the broker, e.g. 20% of balance (by that I want growth to be sure.) But also fixed lot should be possible. - obligatory setting
To protect from severe loss SL should be adjusttable in pips or points or percent. - optional setting
To guarentee profit TP should be made when Trend laser changes its color and trends into the opposite direction. - basic function
Trailing should be adjustable in pips or points or percent. Adjustable flexible trailing should guarentee profit when charts crashes by news or by unforeseen happenings. - optional setting
Of course trailing is superior to color change of trend laser. - basic function.
The EA should work on any account size and with any broker. - basic function.
The EA should include options to freely set SL, Trailing, Magic number to let it run on many charts, etc. (Open to further suggestions from the programmer) - optional settings.
The EA should work on any time frame (M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, MN). - basic function.
The EA should work referring to the manually configured indicators (trend laser and energy beam settings set by the user), e.g. energy beam set period 7 or 30, depending on the user's choice. - basic function.
Trade based on trend laser + energy beam is either depending on SL, trailing or TP when trend laser changes color.
Trade based on breakout analyser + energy beam is only depening on SL or trailing.
