I need an expert adviser based on fisher

I need an expert adviser that trades on signals by: fisher, boiling-er bands stop 2,  downloaded from this link: http://forex-strategies-revealed.com/files/user/Swing.rar

Main criteria of opening and closing positions:  

Enter buy after close of the candle with white dot ( see image) and  fisher is green (enter on first bar  minimum value of bar 0.02). Stop loss 5 pips below white dot ( must be variable)

Exit position  when fisher is red (on second bar minimum value of bar -0.02)

Enter sell after close of the candle with red dot ( see image) and fisher is red (enter on first bar  minimum value of bar -0.02).Stop loss 5 pips above red dot ( must be variable)

Exit position  when fisher is green (  on second bar minimum value of bar 0.02)

There will be conditions when  candle with red dot  appears  but fisher is green- do not open the trade, wait for second red fisher bar and then sell.  

There will be conditions when candle with white dot appears but fisher is red- do not open the trade, wait for second green fisher bar and then buy.
