Hey People,
This could be worth a shot in the dark by asking here, so lets see.
I need an EA building around equity management. This is not an EA that automatically opens, closes, or even adjusts trades, but rather displays relative information prior to a trade being entered.
These are the logical requirements:
(A) Prior to attaching the EA to your desired chart
1. you input your Risk as a percentage
2. you input your Reward as a Profit Factor of Risk to Reward
(B) The EA can then be attached to the chart.
The EA picks up your current available trading balance in US Dollars
The EA displays a fictitious Take Profit Line
The EA displays a fictitious Stop Loss Line
The EA allows you to move the Stop Loss Line ONLY.
The EA calculates the distance in pips from the current market price to your desired Stop Loss Line, and then automatically projects the Take Profit Line to agree with your already in-putted Risk and Reward (from section A)
The Stop Loss Line is always fixed, and is not dynamic, you chose the Stop Level by moving the Line.
However, the Take Profit Line is dynamic, and moves in proportion to the live market price so that your original risk and reward settings are maintained.
Remember, this EA has picked up your available account balance in US Dollars, it already knows the amount you want to risk per trade as a %, and it knows your profit factor; such as 1:1 or 2:1 etc.
Therefore, as the Take profit line moves with the live market price (to maintain the Risk to Reward settings from your chosen fixed Stop Leve), it would also display the trade size volume in lots. Of course the Volume quantity in Lots will change each time that the market price changes.
A hot key is required to decide if you are looking at Buying or Selling, hence the Stop and Profit lines will simply be reversed
A hot key is required to execute the trade at the desired point in time

The only visual outputs are:
1. A Take Profit Line which is Dynamic with price to maintain your RR
2. A Stop Loss Line which is fixed with respect to changing market price, although you can move it to your desire price level.
Also a little text table appearing on your chart would be good to show you:
1. your already decided Risk per trade as a %
2. your desire Profit Factor
3. It could also show the Volume in lots that would be required if you were to enter the trade at that exact point in time (this will keep updating its self as price changes)
4. The distance in pips from the current market price to your chosen Stop Level - also the equivalent potential risk in US Dollars
5. The distance in pips from the current market price to the dynamic Profit Level - also the equivalent potential profit in US Dollars
