Create an EA from a Library .ex4 file with some filters, details are given below

I have a library file in .ex4 (xxx_lib.ex4) and I want an EA for MT4 to be created by using this library file. I do not have the .mq4 file of this library but I have an indicator in .mq4 (and an include file in .mqh) which uses this library file to generate Green and Red arrow signals. You need to write codes to get/generate the Big Green and Red arrow signals similar to the indicator file that I will send you. There are small arrows and wavy line in the indicator but you do not need to do anything with those, just ignore them.

1. Put a Buy order when [Please check these after a new candle has just formed, NOT on every tick]:

(a) Arrow: the library file creates the Big Green Arrow on the previous candle (signal candle).

AND

(b) Candle pip size: The Close price of the previous candle (signal candle) is more than 1 pip higher than the Open price of the same candle. "1 pip" should be added as a variable so that I can change it.

AND

(c) BB pip gap: the Gap between the Close price of the previous candle (signal candle) and the Upper Bollinger Band should be more than (5 pips). "5 pips" should be added as a variable so that I can change it.

2. Close the Buy order when:

(a) the current price crosses the Upper Bollinger band. Put this as a variable so that it can be switched ON or OFF.

**Option (a) should be checked on Every tick.

OR

(b) If the opposite of 1(a) AND 1(b) happens. That means: the library file creates the Big Red Arrow (on the previous candle) - AND - the Open price of the previous candle is more than 1 pip higher than the Close price of the same candle. [1(c) should not be included here].

OR

(c) The buy order was opened on the previous candle (-1 candle) but the Green Arrow signal is longer present on the -2 candle. (This Arrow indicator repaints so the Arrow may disapper!!).

OR

(d) A buy order was opened on the -2 candle but the Green Arrow signal is longer present on the -3 candle.

**Option 2 (b), (c) and (d) should be checked once on every new candle, NOT on every tick:

3. Put a Sell order: Just the opposite of Buy order.

4. Close the Sell order: Just the opposite of Buy order.

5. Please add standard parameters like (a) Stoploss (b) Takeprofit (c) Slippage, and (d) Time filter.

6. Spread in Calculation: When it is switched ON, all pip calculation should include current spread, and when switched OFF, all calculation should NOT include spread.

7. Avoid Large Spread: Do not execute any new Buy or Sell order if the current spread is more than 5 pips. "5 pips" should be added as a variable so that I can change it.

8. Trailing stoploss: Please add a Trailing Stoploss option with "Trailing Start", "Trailing Step" and "Trailing Stop" variables.

9. All calculation should be done in Pips, NOT in Points.
