I would like your assistance to develop a simple indicator with the following features.

Feature 1
To draw horizontal line based on the following formula:
Description: - Horizontal Line 1= Current day's High - [(Previous day's High*100 - Previous day's Low*100)+300]/2
- Horizontal Line 2= Current day's Low + [(Previous day's High*100 - Previous day's Low*100)+300]/2
IF [(Previous day's High*100 - Previous day's Low*100)+300]/2 = EVEN number then *round* it to the next ODD number and Divide by 100 before drawing the Horizontal Line 1 & 2
Example: Gold price previous day High was 1266.88 and previous day Low was 1247.88, thus applying [(Previous day's High*100 - Previous day's Low*100)+300]/2 = [(126688-124788)+300]/2=1100 (which is EVEN number)
The 1100 is then "rounded" to the next ODD number 1101.
If the value contain decimal for example 1100.5 then round it to the next natural number of 1101(which is an ODD number) or IF the value contain decimal of 1101.5 then round it to the next natural number 1102(an EVEN number require further "rounding" to next ODD number 1103).
The computed value of ODD number is finally divided by 100 then applied to get Horizontal Line 1 & 2.
Feature 2
To enable Horizontal Line 1 & 2 applicable to previous days (Unitcount function)
Feature 3
To have the options to select line type, color & width for each Horizontal Line 1 & 2.

High Low intraday ticker to display the most recent high low of up to 40 stock symbols. As a stock makes an intraday high low it will populate at the top and so on.
