Price Alert Indicator

The purpose of this indicator is to alert me to "break out" or "highly volatile" candles.  This indicator will rely on the logic that if the current candle grows larger than the previous candles, then an alert will be triggered.  This indicator will run in a loop and it will never shut off, even after an alert is triggered.  This is how the precise logic of this price indicator will work:

 If the current active candle (from wick to wick) becomes X pips (this is a numerical value that is manually entered into the indicator) higher than the highest candle (from wick to wick) from the last previous X candles (this is a manual value. So the indicator will look back and find the highest of the last 3 candles, for example), then the indicator will sound an alert and send out a push notification.

For example, the settings of this indicator might look like this:

Here is an example:

Pips higher than previous candles: 15

Candles to look back at: 2

The price indicator will look at the longest candle from the two previous hours (from wick to wick) and if the current candle grows larger than the longest candle from the 2 previous hours by OVER 15 pips, then the alert & push notification are triggered.
