Requesting EA based on Volume indicator

i need to create an ea based on the default volume indicator 

 each condition will be explained in detailed by photo  

 1- in the Volume indicator window, plz avoid the first 10 bars in the beginning of the day

 .... 

2- pick the highest bar in those 10 bars so this high breakout will be our entry point ..

3- when the current volume bar closes above the  the highest bar from the 10 bars breakout this will be an entry point, the buy or sell will be decided by the candle closure it the candle closed bullish then its buy entry if the candle was bearish  then its sell ..plz take a look at pic below

the second entry will be when the current+1 volume bar closes above the last entry bar, in the case described in the image below the second entry will be sell based on the candle type which is was bearish 

so no problem of opening further trades if the volume bar keeps closing above the last entry bar. the image below shows 4 entries in 1 day 

  stop loss and profit target will be decided by the ATR indicator with the period value 30,  ex... on entry the ATR value was 15 pip then the SL and TP is 15 pip as well.

More requirements in the EA  ....

1- Please allow me to use MM

2- please allow me to use this as an option ..(when the profit target hits make a partial close of 50% from the trade and modify the SL to the entry point the new half tp will be set to 100 with trailing stop enabled).

3- please allow me to chose the breakout bars count, its 10 by default but i wanna be able to change this count.  

4- please allow me to be able to change the TP and SL ATR Value its by default 1, i need to be able to make 2 or 1.25 for testing.

5-please add martingale option
