Formulate strategy and EA for indicator

I have bought PipFinite Trend Laser from the market place and it gives great signals to open trade, however it does not give any signal to close the trade and only shows the maximum amount the signal could of made. 

I am looking for someone to help come up with a strategy to find out the best times to close the trade and think of smart ways including trailing stops if certain conditions occur. This will all need to be put into one EA that will be back tested to see how effective it is.
