Need a Spread Trading EA

Hi,

I need a reliable spread trading EA, it's fairly simple and should consist of the following inputs:

Starting time:
Entry increment:
Symbol A lot size:
Symbol B lot size:
Stop Loss:

1) Symbol A & B are used for comparison.
2) Starting time is when the EA would start calculating the difference between the 2 symbols, in pips. (i.e. At starting time, the EA should recognize the difference between the 2 symbols as zero, and from that point on, if Symbol A rise 10 pips & Symbol B dropped 5 pips, the EA would recognize a 15 pips difference between the two Symbols). If there are existing open orders, the Starting time would temporarily become invalid, and it'll become valid again once all orders are closed. In other word, if there are open orders, and the next day's Starting time arrives, the EA would not recalculate the difference of the two symbols from zero.
3) Entry increment is when the EA would submit a set of spread orders; sell the symbol that's higher, buy the symbol that's lower. Example: If the Entry increment = 50, the EA would submit a buy & a sell orders when the symbols are 50 pips apart, 100 pips apart, 150 pips apart, etc.
4) Stop Loss is based on the real-time loss of the deposit.

* Orders exit when the difference is back to zero.

Speed and reliability are extremely important for this EA, if you aren't sure that you can accomplish this, please do not apply.
